Rent statements landing with customers
During the week of the 13th December our customers will receive a rent statement covering the period 5th April – 28th November. If this shows you are in arrears but you have since paid you do not need to contact us. Our lines will be busy so please only call us if you are in arrears or need to discuss a payment plan.

If you are in credit please note that your statement may show more than you expect and this because as part of your Tenancy Agreement, rent is paid in advance. Please continue to pay your rent so that you do not fall behind.
