We are proud to have retained our G1 (governance) and V2 (financial) ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing.
Our G1 rating recognises the robustness of our approach to governance, whilst our V2 rating recognises we are effectively managing risks associated with both building new homes and investing in existing homes, in the current challenging financial climate. We are committed to building 390 new homes to help tackle housing need in Gloucester and to invest £19 million on energy efficiency improvements to ensure all homes are at least EPC C rating by 2030.
“We are really pleased to keep our G1/V2 rating. It’s a testament to the commitment and hard work of colleagues across the organisation focusing on what matters during these challenging times for housing providers. Strong governance and financial stability are key to delivering our customers priorities and reinvesting in our homes and neighbourhoods.”
