Starting on Tuesday 14 May for the next six weeks, some of our Customer Experience advisors will be working on our new Repairs IT system, getting it ready for roll out in July. The new system will replace some outdated software, giving a more streamlined way to report and handle repairs. This in turn will help us deliver a better customer experience.
In the short term, callers might experience longer phone queues on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays whilst some of the team are busy elsewhere.
