New 16 Home Development in Maisemore
Gloucester City Homes (GCH) are pleased to complete their first new homes at a small development in the village of Maisemore. The development which sits on the Old Road, just a couple of miles from the centre of Gloucester, brings 16 brand new homes for social rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.
The homes are heated with heat pumps instead of gas and are therefore carbon neutral.
The road has been named Honey Bee Close, giving a nod to Maisemore’s beekeeping history.
Dan Lutman, Senior Development Officer at GCH said “This development of 16 new homes offers a mix of houses and bungalows from one to four bedrooms.
9 of these homes have been completed this week in partnership with Aqua Construction, with the remaining in the due to complete in upcoming months. We hope that the new residents enjoy moving into their new homes.”

GCH has delivered 312 new homes since it became an independent housing association in 2015 and has ambitious plans to deliver over 450 in the future.
The completed homes have been let however future homes for rent will be available via Homeseekerplus and shared ownership homes via Help to Buy South.
