MyGCH has Changed

MyGCH has changed and from 4th April all existing and new users will have to create a new account.

To create a new account click here. Any old accounts will no longer work.

You will need your 5 digit tenancy number which you can find on your latest rent letter (sent in February) or you can contact us by email or call 01452 424344.

We are making these changes to improve the system we use and allow us to bring a wider range of online services to our customers in the future such as online repairs booking.
