This December, our Independent Living schemes have been full of festive spirit thanks to the hard work of our Independent Living team:
Halford House – Decorated lounge, mince pies, and hot drinks Charter Court – Afternoon buffet Oliver Close & Badger Vale – Breakfast baps with customers and local PCSO’s Nightingale House – Christmas quiz, cakes, and hot drinks Badger Vale – Community Christmas Lunch with customers from multiple schemes, featuring a performance by a customer from Chaucer Close 
Dickens Close – Christmas decorations in the lounge and a buffet Broom House – Mince pies and hot drinksIt’s been heart-warming to see how much customers enjoyed connecting with others, and especially lovely to welcome some new faces who don’t usually leave their homes. 
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make these events so special including Wanja and her team from The Nest In Gloucestershire and the Community Safety team from Gloucestershire Constabulary
