Total Mobile launches this week

This week we rolled out our brand-new repairs system – Total Mobile. This upgrade is all about giving you a more streamlined and user-friendly experience when reporting a repair.

What does this mean for you? 

Reporting a repair – Continue to report repairs as you do now – through your MyGCH account, our website, by emailing repairs@gch.co.uk or calling us for emergencies.

Streamlined service – Total Mobile brings all your repair information together in one place, making it quicker and easier for us to help you. We’ll have real-time information at our fingertips, which means less time waiting and more time for the things that matter to you.

Plus, we’ll keep you updated with text messages about your appointment, so you’re always in the loop.

We value your feedback – After a repair is completed, you’ll receive a text asking for your feedback. Your input is crucial in helping us continually improve our service.

More control for you – Total Mobile is just the beginning. We’re developing a new self-serve portal that will give you even more control over your repairs in the future.
