Nilesh is an experienced natural leader of people who is passionate about creating high performing, engaged and motivated teams which are empowered to deliver results. Nilesh started his customer experience career as an Apprentice with BT where he went on to lead 3 customer centres in India improving customer satisfaction by 10%. Following his 12 year career at BT he went on to work at a start-up renewable energy supplier; So Energy. Nilesh oversaw customer growth from 23,000 to 200,000, successfully led and grew his team of just 6 people to 120 people to become multi award winning.
Nilesh is now a Senior Customer Service Manager at Sero. Sero is a B-Corp organisation which delivers services to enable the decarbonisation of new and existing homes, using a mix of smart energy management and renewable technologies (such as solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps and EV charging), reducing both the carbon footprint and energy bills.
