As Executive Director, Customer Experience, Michael provides strategic leadership of all Property and Housing related activities. He actively drives improvements in managing and maintaining customers’ homes, creating an environment where they can thrive within their communities. Michael’s approach is data-driven, and he prioritises customer relationships, seeking to improve all engagement options whilst delivering high quality resident services.
Michael leads on Health & Safety and compliance with the consumer standards for GCH, ensuring our customers’ homes are safe.
