Lionah Kawonza

Board Member, Lionah Kawonza is an Associate Project Manager at Arcadis and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). She brings a wealth of expertise gained from her extensive career in both the public and private sector. Her professional foundation is underpinned by an MBA and substantial experience as a Project Manager, making her a dynamic and knowledgeable leader in her field.

Lionah is passionate about driving equity, inclusion, and innovation within the housing sector. Her strategic acumen has been honed through managing complex projects including  affordable housing and extra care projects, ensuring the delivery of sustainable, community-focused outcomes.

Lionah’s leadership style emphasises collaboration, accountability, and impact. As a Black female executive leader, she is a vocal advocate for representation and diversity, fostering inclusive environments that encourage innovation and equitable outcomes.
