Lee Joined GCH in July 2024 and brings a wealth of experience from within the social housing sector.
Lee’s career started as a bricklayer and he worked himself up to Operations Manager at the same local authority, he has since worked at a further 2 social housing providers within property related management roles before joining GCH.
Lee is passionate about all things housing and property and always seeks to provide the best possible service for customers. He prides himself on his positive can-do attitude.
His role as Director of Homes and Sustainability, oversees everything property-related from current assets, development, compliance, sustainability and our PropertyCare maintenance service where he oversees our teams to ensure we are providing the highest standard of customer service, delivery and performance whilst achieving value for money.
