How we are run

The role of our Executive Leadership Team is to work closely with the Board and Committees to meet the strategic aims of the organisation in accordance with the mission, vision and values. Their role is to lead the organisation and covert the strategic aims into operational delivery on behalf of our customers. They are supported by a Senior Leadership Team and Operational Managers who manage our teams and staff to provide essential services.
