How we are run
The role of our Customer Committee is to advise and provide assurance to the Board that arrangements are in place to ensure the diverse voices of the Association’s customers are heard and acted upon. The committee will ensure the voice of the customer influences the decisions of the Board and that the Association meets the expectations and outcomes of the Consumer Regulatory standards.
We hold 4 Customer Experience Committee meetings a year.
