Alan Inman-Ward

Board member Alan Inman-Ward is the Director of Insight and Operations at Active Gloucestershire. Responsible for the Insight, Data, IT and Risk strategies. He also works as a data consultant with Create Gloucestershire, bringing significant change in culture around the enjoyment and impact of using data.

Alan has worked in customer experience roles for over 20 years and been involved in the social housing sector for eight. Initially as an early pioneer of using insight and outcomes-based measures at Charter Housing Association (POBL). More recently as a founding board member of Tai Ffres; an exciting new approach to housing young people at risk of homelessness in Cardiff.
