Our Customer Scrutiny Group has launched a survey for GCH customers to have their say on the communal areas where they live.
The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete, but will help the group look closely at how services are run and make recommendations for change.
The Customer Scrutiny Group is a group of independent GCH customers who are working to improve services for all. Their first scrutiny exercise last autumn looked at damp and mould and made a series of recommendations which GCH has implemented.
