Welcoming Two New Board Members
Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is excited to appoint two new Board Members: Jesse Fajemisin and Dominique Sayce join the Board to bring expertise in customer experience and human resources.
Jesse and Dominique were appointed on 8th February 2023 following a competitive and extensive recruitment process, which included a customer panel.
Jesse is the Executive Director of Operations for a Sapphire Independent Housing, where he is responsible for resident-focussed customer experience and asset management strategies, having overseen numerous Customer Service Excellence accreditations. Jesse brings a wealth of experience with over 12 years in the social housing sector, he is currently the Chair of the National Housing Federation’s Smaller Housing Association Network and is a national representative on the Regulator of Social Housing’s Small Housing Provider Panel.
“I was really attracted to the opportunity to work with a housing provider that, in such challenging times, can show that it still delivers high quality services for its existing customers and the community. GCH can, and is committed to innovation and improving services further. GCH has a strong emphasis on co-regulation and customer influence, which was confirmed when talking to a panel of engaged customers as part of the recruitment process.”
