Gloucester City Homes (GCH) is pleased to become an official NICEIC Approved Electrical contractor.
This status recognises GCH as an accredited electrical company, allowing more work to be carried out internally, reduce reliance on sub-contractors and reduce costs, which is good news for residents.
Andy Cunningham, GCH’s Electrical Manager said “Work to bring electrical services in-house has been ongoing since 2019. We are currently able to carry out external light servicing, communal door entry servicing, communal emergency lighting service checks and some void property electrical checks. Our new NICEIC status gives us a great opportunity to expand the services we can offer to our residents.”
Michael Hill, Director of Asset Management at GCH added “NICEIC status is a great step towards bringing GCH’s electrical repairs and maintenance services in-house which will benefit our residents by providing more cost effective and efficient services.”
