GCH Retains Regulatory Judgement
The Regulator of Social Housing has reconfirmed Gloucester City Home’s regulatory grading of “G1” for governance and “V2” for financial viability, in its latest regulatory judgement published on 30th November 2022.
Commenting on the grading, Guy Stenson, GCH’s Chief Executive, said: “I’m really pleased we have maintained our rating, which shows that we meet our regulator’s governance requirements and our viability remains strong. The Regulator’s judgement has reaffirmed that we’re well positioned to cope with the inherent risks within the current operating environment as we deliver our ambitious programme investing in homes and communities to create communities where people can thrive.”
The judgement has been published following an annual Stability Check, a financially focused assessment of GCH’s most recent business plan and annual accounts.
