Gloucester City Homes (GCH) has been named as the 11th best Housing Association to work for 2020 and the 38th in the best company to work for in the South West 2020.
This news follows being named as the 40th best employer in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ in the not-for-profit category.
Within the list of just housing associations GCH places an impressive 11th against housing providers across the country, in the Best Companies list of the Top 25 Housing Associations 2020. The accreditation is based on feedback from 148 staff, which examines the ins-and-outs of company life and work environment.
Emily Cambridge, Head of HR & Inclusion adds; “The survey showed that 92% of staff agree that the company is run on strong values, 98% believe we encourages charitable activities and 93% believe they can make a valuable contribution to GCH’s success. Overall great feedback that represents our community focused organisation.”
