GCH Launches 5 New Social Rent Homes
GCH are proud to announce the launch of 5 new 1 bed homes for social rent on Worcester Parade in Kingsholm.
The 5 new flats with their own allocated parking, constructed on a previously disused GCH garage site, have been built by AQUA construction and count for GCH’s first social rent homes on a scheme within Gloucester.
The new homes have been allocated under a local lettings plan agreed with the council which has given priority to residents with a local connection to the Kingsholm and Wotton ward of Gloucester.
Guy Stenson, Chief Executive at GCH said, “It was such a pleasure to spend time with our newest customers who will be moving into our latest new development at Worcester Parade. It is particularly pleasing to know that these stunning flats in the centre of Kingsholm will be let at a social rent, offering truly affordable new homes.”

GCH have now delivered 394 new affordable homes around the City since 2015 and have plans to complete a further 74 homes by July 2022 to help with the high demand for affordable housing within the County.
