We apologise that some customers have or may shortly receive gas safety check letters from us in error. We are currently testing our new repairs system and the test letters should not have been sent. Some of the letters may have been addressed to other household members and not the primary tenant.
We will write to all affected customers directly to let them know if they have been included in the test mailing and to reassure them that no further action is required. If you have received a letter from us in the last few days about a gas safety check, please wait for further information from us.
