Our contractor Lovell is holding a CPR training event on Monday 29 July 12-3pm so the local community can learn how to help save a life.
Recently two quick-thinking Lovell staff performed life-saving action when local resident Steve suffered a cardiac arrest outside their site office in Matson.
Thanks to their first aid training and defibrillator, Andrew and Heather were able to perform CPR while waiting for the paramedics. Steve is now well on his way to recovery and extremely thankful they were there to help. Inspired by this incident, Lovell and GCH have arranged for Great Western Hearts to show how using CPR could save a life.
Refreshments provided. All welcome to drop in and no booking is required.
