We are currently upgrading the lifts in several of our blocks of flats to ensure they continue to operate smoothly. These upgrades are essential as the UK transitions to digital phone networks by 2025. The lifts in your building currently use analogue technology, and to keep them functioning properly, we will be switching to digital systems.
What You Need to Know:
– Temporary Lift Unavailability: While the upgrades are being carried out, lift service will be temporarily unavailable during the day.
– Contractors and Work: The work will be conducted by our trusted contractors, LES, who will be upgrading the lift autodiallers to digital.
– Minimizing Disruption: While we don’t have an exact timeframe for how long the lifts will be out of service on the day, LES aims to minimize disruption.
Attached is a list of blocks scheduled for these upgrades, along with the expected dates. Please be aware that the dates may change due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you updated.

– Monday 30th September: Cherry Tree Court Lift 1 & Lift 2
– Tuesday 1st October: Fountain Square, Marian Court
– Wednesday 2nd October: The Dukeries (6-10), The Dukeries (1-5)
– Thursday 3rd October: Swan Court
