I herewith give Gloucester City Homes the required 7 days notice to terminate my garage/parking space licence.
I understand that should any personal belongings or rubbish be left in the garage that I will be recharged for the disposal of such items.
The keys have to be returned within 7 days from receipt of the notice in order for Gloucester City Homes to end the licence. Failure to do so could result in you being charged further rent and the cost of a lock change.
