Customer survey

This month we’ve started sending out a questionnaire to all customers asking about you and your household. Here’s why:
 
It’s important we understand the needs of all our customers, including anyone who lives in your household. Having the right information can help us tailor our services and make any reasonable adjustments you may require.
 
Some of the questions will be personal, but there is a good reason for asking them. Understanding this key information means we can make sure that everyone receives full access to our services and will be treated fairly, with dignity and respect, regardless of who you are.
We have asked our trusted independent survey company Acuity to carry out a survey on our behalf. The information from the survey is confidential and will be held securely on our Housing System.
