This week we evicted a tenant who has been convicted of drug dealing. Anyone caught dealing drugs from a GCH property risks losing their home.
Simon Boden, ASB Team Leader at GCH comments; “Gloucester City Homes is committed to supporting our tenants and providing and maintaining quality homes and safe communities. Earlier this week we were able to evict a convicted drug dealer from one of our homes in Matson under Ground 7a of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act. This is the third tenant who has been evicted under this act over the past year. We do not tolerate drug dealing from any of our homes and our priority is to protect the local community to maintain safe environments for everyone.
