Changes to our Lifelink service
As of 1st December GCH’s Lifelink service has transferred to Progress Lifeline, an established company who have acquired the service and to whom the existing staff team are also transferring. We want to reassure our valued customers that there is no cause for concern as their subscription will be automatically transferred to Progress Lifeline at no cost and the services they receive will remain the same. All customers will shortly receive a letter detailing the move to Progress Lifeline and this will include relevant forms to be completed.
Progress Lifeline is an award-winning personal alarm and technology enabled care services provider who have been making a positive difference to the lives of its customers for more than 30 years. They have plenty of experience in delivering high quality Technology Enabled Care Services and, currently support over 50,000 people to live safely and independently at home.
Natalie Thelwell, Head of Housing & Communities at Gloucester City Homes said, “The services at Lifelink are excellent, however, going forward, we took the decision that a specialist provider would be better placed to deliver the necessary investment and expertise to ensure the service continues to develop. We are delighted that the service is moving to such a high quality provider, and we are confident that Progress Lifeline will develop and further enhance the service across Gloucestershire.”
Progress Lifeline work to the high standards and targets set by the TEC Services Association (TSA), with whom they have been an accredited member since 2006.
