We are experiencing high volumes of calls on Monday mornings which is leading to increased phone waiting times. We thank you for your patience and if your enquiry is not urgent encourage you to contact us ring after 2pm when the phone lines are less busy or via alternative methods.
You can report issues through our website and all tenants can check their balance and pay rent and charges via MyGCH .
