Disruption to local Benefit Payments

Gloucester City Council have announced that following a cyber incident they are experiencing some disruption to services and residents may experience delays but are working hard to minimise the impact. The disruption includes their Revenues and Benefits systems and currently they are unable to determine accurate amounts for Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support or Discretionary Housing Payments.
